Sorry to bother you, guys, but I'm having the same issue as Rosie. McAfee came with this computer and when it was time to renew, I thought I would just re-up with them. Lastly, It seemed to me that this all started when I updated my McAfee. Do you think the two together is causing an issue? This problem just started a couple of months ago and I've been using both the tablet and mouse together for a lot longer than that. This version didn't come with a mouse so I got a wireless mouse to use for when I don't need to use the tablet. The first Wacom tablet I had, had a mouse with it and I actually used mouse on the tablet.

Check that you are using it on right surface because if mouse is optical then it may need a right surface or may be your mouse has low dpi. You have also mentioned that your mouse doing weird things. In order to update graphics drivers first thing you need to do is update windows it might contain updates for your graphics card and if it does not then visit manufacturer website (Dell) check support section and install recent version that is available. Thirdly, Try to update your graphics drivers. Secondly, what type of monitor you are using LCD or CRT? Right click on desktop and select personalize and a window will open and make sure screen saver is set to none.
